I don’t have any sound or am seeing performance issues playing the desktop version?

Please ensure that you have updated your browser to the latest version.  Full audio support is provided with the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.  Unfortunately due to compatibility issues IE11 will unlikely play audio.  If you have updated your browser to the latest version and are still encountering an issue please ensure that audio is turned on and if the problem still exists please submit an issue via Zendesk and inform us of the browser and version number you are playing on.
